Yes, absolutely. They may need a little assistance depending on how much experience they have building LEGO, but otherwise, they should really enjoy building this neat LEGO set. The Royal Talon is actually bigger than you might think too. Enjoy.

It does say Royal Talon Fighter Attack. The pictures show and name all the characters. Why does it matter if it is Black Panther or not?
