This is where I keep my “Heavy Meds” keeping hand off even at home is crucial to life in today’s world.

The first lockbox I got was accidentally dropped, door open, when I was trying to install it - it fell four feet to a cement porch. With the door still open I screwed it into the post. Then I shut the door - and it was jammed thereafter. The new combination (or the "default") failed to open it. And it was screwed to the post. This was "user error" - my fault.So I bought a second one. Then I had to get the first one off the post. I was thinking I'd need a heavy hammer to smash it, but I tried a thin pry bar first. Alas, the back plate of the lockbox broke clean in half, and the whole thing popped off - and dislodged the keys too. Screws were then easy to unscrew - I could reuse the holes. It was so surprisingly easy. So, not all that secure! See the first photo.Then I setup the new combination on the second lockbox and installed it on the post, without dropping it. Next problem: the door wouldn't close! Somehow screwing it to the post warped the box so that the door didn't close. So I found where it was jamming and just filed it down. See the second photo.But now the keys are in the box, with a note to First Responders about how to deal with the stairlift that might block the front door.

It has the water seal but almost impossible to open. I have to use a credit card and jam it in to open to break the seal.Thought it was a great idea until I have to struggle to open it.But nice size. Hold passport, cash and credit card.

I’ll be sending this back. Resetting the combination was easy… but it’s too hard to open. It’s so safe .. no one can get into it.

I was looking for such key box and this one just meets my requirement. We often forget our keys, we need such a key box. We installed it on the wall in the garage and setup the code ourselves, this is the nice feature that I can set up the code which I can remember. It is very convenient for us when we are out of town, so that we can ask our friends to come in our home and take care of our cat.

So I have a house for sale in Panama and because I’m in the USA most of the time, I HAD keys out to a realtor, cleaning lady, manager, builder, front gate....which were too many keys to be accounted for! Now I have just ONE SET. In the key box. Of course after the locks were changed.Very inexpensive solution to a problem.

It’s perfect the only issue is sometimes it’s very hard to open as it’s like if it’s vacuum sealed

The safe was difficult to open and I was honestly better using a lock and key for locking up my valuables travelling.

My son pulled on it to see if it was sturdy, he thought it was made of plastic... it was and it broke open. Maybe it's useful if you don't break it :) but know that if someone chooses to they can just pull it open.
