I suffered some nerve damage in my left hand from a dog bite a few years ago. While it's technically fully healed, my left wrist and hand are still noticeably weaker and more sensitive to workouts compared to my right side. Even holding the weights for RDLs was too much, and it became tingly and painful for a few days after. It was getting in the way of upper-body workouts. Trying to keep a consistent workout routine, I was looking for something to support my wrist and would allow some range of motion. I tested this soft brace through yesterday's upper-body workout. It provided great support while allowing enough flexibility to perform inchworms, pushups, and tricep extensions pain free. I'm also noticing considerably less pain and soreness today! I think I may add a compression glove underneath for added support to my hand, but for anyone who's wrists need a little extra help, this is a great option! I like that the strap is adjustable and the thumb hole was totally comfortable. I think it'd be comfortable enough to sleep in if needed. I had no issues with the velcro and the strap stayed in place during the entire workout! I will continue to use this during workouts and any time I feel my wrist needs support!

I’ve been using this Wrist Brace with Soft Thumb Opening for a few weeks now, and I can already feel a difference. I bought it to help with mild carpal tunnel symptoms—mostly numbness and aching after long hours on the computer—and it’s been a game changer. The brace is snug but not restrictive, and the soft thumb opening makes it easy to wear for extended periods without irritation. I really appreciate how it stabilizes my wrist without making my hand feel stiff or sweaty. It also fits nicely under sleeves and doesn’t bulk up like some other braces I’ve tried. These provide a moderate support. I love how they tighten. I think all braces should have the same tightening system on them. It is comfortable too. Only reason it does not get a 5 star is because I do not like how loose it is around the hand part and thumb. I have never had a wrist brace that was loose like this one.

This brace has great support as well as being very comfortable.

This works really well to stabilize my wrist, as I’m newly diagnosed with a certain kind of tendinitis . The fit is perfect, and it has to do with how the brace is made. It customizes to the size and width of your wrist. The thumb portion is comfortable - I can wear it all day no problem - and the brace is very lightweight. Plus you can customize your needed tightness or compression. I am buying a second brace today in case I lose the first one or need to have one for travel or work.

This is a very helpful brace for my upper wrist/carpel tunnel issue. The only reason I do not give it higher ratings is the thumb hole is much too snug. After only 15 minutes of wear my thumb began to swell a bit and the glove left an indentation/impression encircling the base of the thumb. For short periods or active use it is ok, just be ready to have a little discomfort afterward. For comparison, I have fairly standard size women's hands, just about 4" diagonally from base of thumb to opposing edge of base of palm

If what you need is supportive comfort for a sore wrist, this brace is a good choice. Made of soft, yet firm materials, it provides a medium amount of support to the wrist. I have worn this on both my right and left hands. The thumb piece stabilizes the brace and keeps it in place without restricting thumb movement. You can grasp just fine to complete whatever task you're doing.

Update: I’ve worn this for about 12 hours each day for the last few days until my new one comes in, and I’ll say it does seem to help stabilize my wrist so the pain has subsided. I think it’s more me than the product, I just prefer my thumb to be free. But this worked for what I needed. Even if it was uncomfortable I have something on my wrist (a carpal boss maybe), and I’ve been looking for a brace I can work in and like live in but be comfortable. My hands aren’t huge, and the thumb hole is just uncomfortable. The stitching on the inside is hard and it rubs on my thumb knuckle and the top of the thumb hole is tight. It doesn’t really keep me from bending my wrist much, i can make it tighter, but when I put it tight enough to give support it cuts off circulation. I just had higher hopes for this. I don’t love it. I’m glad I spent less than $20 on it, but it’s not working for me.
