My mistake- this is a great product!
I wrote a negative review about this product, but found it was operator error and am now as happy with it as I initially was. It would not operate after charging, which I had done several times in the 3 1/2 months since I purchased it with no issues. The seller reached out to me and asked me to press and hold the power button for several seconds to "unlock" the trimmer. This worked perfectly, and I appreciate their quick response to resolve a negative review.....which was completely unwarranted. This trimmer works as advertised and is great to own.

Great Blades, Awful Power Switch Placement
This clipper has great sharp blades that would give any WAHL a run for its money! It would have gotten five stars if they placed the on off switch in a more convenient spot, because like mentioned in a couple other reviews, you will constantly be turning this off when you don't mean to, because the switch is directly underneath your fingers where you will be holding the clipper. Also mentioned in some other reviews, you have to flip the very most top blade around 180° for it to have the right angle to use with the back trimmer extender, which works decently when you do that… Hopefully the company will do an update to this design and move the on off switch or at least make it less sensitive, so you're not constantly turning this off when trying to use it!

Easy to use and a life saver.
I'm a very hairy guy and sometimes like to manscape for I see my tattoos better. This grooming made it possible for me to get the job done all by myself. The clipper heads worked great and the extension stick had enough length and adjustable enough for me to clear my back, the back of my legs, and my glutes. I strongly recommend it for any and everyone.

Really helped with reach
However the blade can easily leave cut marks on your back if you’re trying to get it to be a clean shave

Would not charge. Overheated. No charger included.
It turned on initially, but when I plugged it in to charge, the charging light went off, then it heated up to where I couldn't touch it. Unplugged so it wouldn't catch fire. Returned for a new one. It arrives today. Not a good start. It is smaller than I thought it would be, but seemed like decent quality, other than the electrical issue. We'll see with the new one. It DOES NOT come with a USB charger, just the cable. I used the charger that I use for my phone daily, so I know it's fine, so it was an issue with the trimmer. I will update once I receive and use the replacement one.

Returned after 1st use.
Honestly, I believe there was something wrong with the battery in this individual unit. Charge barely lasted 2 minutes despite being charged to a 100. Other than that, the device seems to be very useful.
