Dicky Bag Dog Waste Bag, Medium, Midnight Blue

Every one i know has one of these so i decided to get one too. Item is really good quality and super fast delivery. It can be attached in numerous ways. It now means i can walk hands free while being pulled around the field and i can relax knowing the poo bags are locked away. There also appears to be no odour arising from the bag once sealed up...Another bonus. I can get around four or five full bags inside this cannister. An absolute must for dog owners.

I picked this up for the missus after spending a few too many walks holding a 'little black bag'.All to often on a hike / walk we'd come across little black bags, stashed or hanging off a tree. I like to think that the intention of the 'stashees' is to get these items on the return journey, but all too often they seem to have been forgotten about. On a recent trip we ended up having to 'stash' (although we did collect it on return) so I decided to check if there was another solution.The bag itself is of a good size and fits multiple bags on the longest trip, although my girlfriend's dog is a smallish terrier. The bag is sturdy enough that there's no risk of the bags being punctured, short of jumping on the 'dicky bag' and the seal seems solid, though I don't really sit and sniff it ...I like that the design is relatively discrete enough that I'd not have a clue what's inside it. Furthermore, I was pleased to see the carabiner that comes with the pouch is solid as I was expecting to have to replace it with a 'proper one'. This was not the case and it has served nicely, swinging off the back of the missus' rucksack.No complaints really. It seems a reasonable price to play for a good solution to not have to carry a black bag in your hand or pocket.

I use my Dickie bag every time I take my dogs out. I find it very useful as I don’t have to have on show a used dog bag. I can dispose of them easily at the next convenient bin. This bag was a replacement bag that I sadly lost. I wouldn’t use anything else.

Several in our walking group have these and I have fancied one but feel the price was too high. There are no comparable alternatives unfortunately, clever patent I guess, so have ditched the carrier bag and bit the bullet and bought one.It is a useful item but still feels overpriced for what it is.

I like this product as it does exactly what I need it to do but I am disappointed that the stitching has started to come undone especially with the cost of the item. If it is not meant to last more than 4 months then it is not good value.

I was really disappointed with this product. My husband bought our original dicky bag at the Royal Cornwall Show several years ago. It was quite pricey but turned out to be an excellent product, and very much worth the price. After using it every day for our two dogs over so many years, it had started to retain an odour and was looking a bit ragged. I had no hesitation whatsoever ordering a replacement. However in the reasonably short space of time that we've had the new bag, it is already retaining a strong odour. The bag is emptied during walks or immediately on return home, and used poo bags are never left in it for more than a few hours. However, even when empty now, it smells really strongly, so much so that even a friend has remarked upon it when walking alongside me. As I say, our first bag was excellent and we have recommended it to many people. Whether the manufacture of the new bag is different, I don't know, but very disappointed with this one.

This is brilliant. At first I was dubious and thought it was expensive and why not just carry it. But since I’m now on my own with 2 big dogs and only 2 hands, it was brilliant. The smell was contained, you were free to walk until you found a bin without a worry, and even if you didn’t you didn’t then do the usual “well now what” when you get back to the car.The only negative about it is it’s bulky. I clipped mine to my walking rucksack and it hung off the edge however if you’re out on a general walk it would be difficult to know what to do with it other than clip it to a belt hook. That being said, it’s a great product that I always use when I am going on holiday or places I don’t know.
