Minimalistic but protective
I hope there was a 4.5 star . Its a very well built case . Most of the other metal bumpers out there have one maijor flaw (The mute button ), Thanotech solved that . The lip is good as well . The only downside is that the volume up button does not work aswell (you need to press the top most section of the volume button to get it to work). I can live with that flaw.. :)!

Volume buttons do not work
Occasionally the volume up button will not work. Actually most of the time.

I had high hopes for this after hearing they revised this bumper but unfortunately the buttons are still really stiff and not very clicky. Fit is pretty decent but the cutout for the mute switch is off on my case.********pro tip************Take a razor and put 2 small slits on each side of the buttons, makes them 1000 times better and super clicky

Sturdy and light-weight, but volume buttons don’t work well
...this is our third case of this type and all worked well and took any damage rather than the phone... but the last two did not have a working volume up button form the very get go. Pressing it either does nothing or just dials the volume down instead. The button backend must be misaligned. Please fix!

The value is immense
I have accidentally thrown my phone, bounced it off my knee, and then watched it come crashing down toThe concrete. It was fine, thanks toThis barely there case. Since it’s an arm and a leg to replace the screen now, you guys saved me an arm and a leg. I’m a whole person thanks to Thani tech
