ProCook Granite Stone Non-Stick Wok - 30cm - Large Induction Stir-Fry Pan with Tough Stone-Reinforced Coating and Heat-Resistant Handle

This is a great pan, providing rapid oil-free cooking. I do a lot of Chinese cooking and always used to use a traditional Chinese made wok. I have an induction hob and the traditional steel type pan was always good, however after repeated heating the base warped slightly meaning the pan did not sit flat on the hob. I decided on this pan as a replacement, as it has flat base and being non-stick, it means I can cook without using oil. Great, very rapid heat distribution with the wok coming up to temperature in about 30 to 40 seconds, then retaining the heat throughout the cooking. The combination of this pan and an induction hob gives me the kind of heat into the ingredients that I need to cook like a traditional wok on one of those jet flames. Way better than anything else I have used. Easy to clean and easy to handle. Would definitely recommend one of these.

Great Wok for me spreads the heat evenly and nothing seems to stick to it. Very easy to clean and feels robust enough to last a good few years.I've had this for a few months now and use it's used every day for cooking pasta/steaks/stir fry's etc etc and is showing no signs of wear.The only problems or benefits are it is very large which is perfect for me but might not suit every one.And it is quite heavy which again is good for me but maybe not for everyone.I would buy again very impressed

Hi. I have had several woks overs the years and usually choose a carbon wok or at least a more traditional shape. I use a wok quite a lot and have found this pan to be robust, easy to clean and handle. I knocked off a star because I find this high sided design awkward when stir frying. I much prefer a more rounded shape and to be honest I also prefer a good carbon wok. Purely personal choice and my opinion does not take away from build quality. I have however bought a good carbon wok as I really do prefer the shape and performance of them.

Have delayed review because I really wanted to test this.Have used it frequently for various dishes from various continents!It is excellent. There is not visible damage to the surface, it still sits perfectly flat on our induction hob.I am not the greatest cook, but this makes me want to knock up a Gai pad kropow! (Or chicken with basil!).It is excellent.

I wanted a wok that would last for years to come and it came to a toss up between this and JML. I am so happy that I went with this one, I have used it three times now with minimum oil (I know technically I don't have to use oil but I like the flavour it adds) it is so perfectly balanced, not as heavy as you might think but with all the durability. The heat distributes so well, it makes for extremely easy cooking and absolutely NO STICKING!!! You wouldn't know it needed a wash once I'd served up the egg fried rice I'd made in it, the food just glides out when you're done. I'm over the moon with this.

I've been using this for almost 1.5 years now.Living in a flat share this means 4 of us all use this pan, on average i'd say this pan gets used once every single day.To this day, it's like it's brand new. Not a mark on the coating, handle is still 100% sturdy.It cleans easily, it heats really well, it's easy to hold even when full.It's a great pan. Buy it and live your wildest pan dreams

What can I say? This is the pan I've always wanted since I started cooking 40 years ago. I've just never found it before.Love the look of it. Love the way the pan is shaped so there are no protruding rivets inside the pan. Love the non stickiness of it. Love the weight of it as it's not too heavy. Love that it's PFOA free too. Best of all I love the size of it so nothing spills on the hob when I'm using it.I have a 28cm lid as well which makes it even more versatile.Best pan ever

Absolutely fantastic pan. Terrific build quality and just the right weight for feeling comfortable without ever feeling unwieldy.The stone coating appears to be very durable, and the pouring inserts in the rim (not clear on the product images) are a fantastic detail. The size is big enough to do a large amount of food in one go, but small enough to fry a single egg if necessary.
