Good quality suitcases been on holiday 3 times still intact

Took the case on holiday and the zip has burst. The car was not over packed so it must have been faulty and amazon or seller has not got an option for a return of faulty products after 30 days so I would advise you not to order from this seller and choose one that has a better warranty than 30 days!

We have had the cases for one trip. Already the lock on one no longer works.The plastic case/handle had broken before we even left the house.Unfortunately I am now outside of the refund window and have not even returned from our family holiday.Don’t buy!!!

Handle is too short to roll the suitcase on 2 wheels. Cannot roll the suitcase of 4 wheels as the wheels themselves seem to have a mind of their own and will go in any direction forcing the user to walk in zigzags.

Used one of the suitcases handle broke after 1 use covered under manufacture guarantee only willing to pay 10% refund bad experience
