Why I Bought It: I needed a quick, high-protein snack for post-gym recovery that didn't taste like cardboard. I'm a huge fan of chocolate and coconut, so I had high hopes for this flavor. Taste & Texture (The Pros): Great Flavor (4.5/5): It truly delivers on the promise of sweet coconut and chocolate. It has a rich, slightly decadent flavor that genuinely curbs my cravings for actual candy bars. It’s sweet, but not artificially so. Excellent Protein Count: With 18g of protein and a solid 19g of carbs, this bar is perfectly balanced for that critical post-workout recovery window, or as a substantial meal replacement when traveling. Good Texture: It has a dense, slightly chewy center and is coated in a thin layer of real chocolate. Unlike some bars that are rock-hard or dry, this one is moist and easy to eat. Practical Use & Nutrition (The Cons): Not Low Calorie/Low Fat: At 255 calories and 12g of fat, this is on the higher end for a protein bar. If you are strictly cutting fat or calories, you'll need to account for it, but it's great for sustained energy or bulking. Sugar Content: The 12g of sugar is higher than some zero-sugar alternatives. While it helps with the delicious taste and provides quick post-workout energy, it might be a drawback for very low-carb diets. Melting Hazard: Because it has a real chocolate coating, be careful leaving it in a hot car or gym bag! Final Verdict: If you want a delicious, satisfying, and effective protein bar that works perfectly as a post-workout recovery tool (carbs + protein) or a heavy-duty snack, the Chocolate Sweet Coconut flavor is a winner. Have been using these for a while and they make a great change from regular protein bars. They are basically the protein version of a rice crispy cake. Taste much better than most protein bars and are also filling after workouts. Would recomend them over many other bars...

It has a synthetic taste but it’s still quite nice

Decided to try a different protein bar and had the marshmallow and chocolate brownie flavours. Unfortunately I found a piece of blue plastic embedded in one of my bars. This concerned me as I had already consumed most of them and not checked them all as closely so I could have eaten multiple pieces. I reached out to the company a few days ago and am yet to receive a response. Won't be ordering again. Other than that they do taste quite nice and are quite filling. Have something in the ingredients that makes me a little gassy but some protein bars have that effect, others don't.

These are so good and remind me of rice crispy treats but these are high protein and high fibre. I’ve tried the marshmallow and the brownie flavour but I always come back to the marshmallow. Highly recommended

Taste great, used to love them but noticed they've got significantly smaller since my previous order! The wrapper is still the same size but the bar is about 30% smaller.

These are delicious with a nice crunchy layer. Proteins contact excellent and good for after a gym session. Sugar content is zero. The goods arrived on time and were packaged well. Price and quality good. Would recommend this product and seller.

Perfect, saw the feel bad reviews but crossed my fingers and ordered anyway and they are perfect. Taste great and the coconut filling is lovely - and not yellow!!
