Very easy to install, good quality material, really help with temperature differential between the two spaces.

So easy to install
This item was chosen because it did not have the spike install. I know that this can rip and have to be replaced over time. This item was easy to install and the slide in plastic flaps seem more durable than the ones that hang from spikes. Time will tell, but was a 10 min install.

Doggy door
Was very simple to install. Works as expected for our old dog to go in and out as she likes without letting too many bugs in the house. She couldn’t figure out a real dog door that had a step through, but this is easy for her to walk through even with balance issues.It does have quite a strong odor that has persisted over several weeks. I can smell it in the house any time we leave the door open for the dog to use this.
