Freshlock (3-Pack, 6 Cup) Glass Food Storage Containers Set

This is not the Pyrex that everybody is used to knowing. It does not have the shock resistance of the past. They quietly without telling anybody that they went from birosilicate glass that is very shock resistant to temperature change to soda lime glass which is not. This is regular glass. This is not the glass you think of when they hear the name pyrex. Pyrex has become a fraud. I gave it 5 stars so maybe you'll see this before purchasing. They purposely made their products inferior to what they made decades ago and didn't tell anybody so they could line their pockets with more money. And they're pretending that it's the same quality

These are the GREATEST. The tops don't shrink after being washed in the dishwasher, so they always click into place perfectly. The Pyrex is super durable & can be used in the fridge and freezer and even the oven. (But go to the Pyrex website & look up how to use them in the oven! There are specific guidelines for safety.) They're easy to clean and haven't stained. They stack easily, hold just the right amount, you can easily see what's in them, they're nice looking, and they don't leak when you take them somewhere. I love them so much I want to marry them.

These Pyrex dishes are perfect for food prep. Pyrex is the only brand that I will use. It can go into the refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven and dishwasher. They are not all the same so be careful when looking to purchase these glass containers. I did buy a cheaper glass version and I placed it into the oven and the glass exploded! Pyrex containers make my life much easier. They are a great value for the money. Easy to go from freezer to oven! Easy to clean. There are a number of different sizes so you can decide what works for you.

I have used these Pyrex containers for about 8 months now, and I am very pleased with their durability. The glass is strong and I love that it can be put in the freezer or the oven for whatever food it is holding. I have noticed some scratching on the plastic lids over time, but they are still doing a great job providing a watertight seal. These are fantastic containers and I would recommend them to anyone. The only downside is that they are heavy, so they may not be the best option for lunch boxes.

They are great for storing food. I received 2 that had issue closing one of the flaps each. But it was still leak proof so I kept them as is. I love them! Today though, I hit one of the sides lightly and the thin part that allows the lid to hold broke in a long toothpick shape. They are sturdy as long as you don't bump with the wrong angle. I still love them and will keep the others

I bought anchor hocking (4 1/2 c) square glass storage when I was transitioning to glass. They have plastic lids that are not air proof and warp in the dishwasher. A couple have cracked. These pyrex are a bit smaller (4 c) but still fine. I LOVE the lids. The rubber seal prevents leakage and the snap flaps keep the lid on. Definitely getting more.

I love these containers, primarily because the glass is Pyrex which is very very strong heat resistant and microwavable. The lids lock on very tight and don't allow spillage. I've only had one incident where one of the lid locks broke off. Not sure why but one might think it would be excessive use which wouldn't be my case so I chalked it up to an anomaly. Highly recommend using these primarily because the container is glass and not plastic.

Pyrex Freshlock (5-Pack, 4 Cup) Glass I really love these containers for everyday food storage. The glass bases are thick, durable, and super easy to clean. The lids create a fantastic airtight seal, so I never have to worry about leaks in my lunch bag.My only complaint is durability on the lids. One of the plastic tabs recently snapped off while I was opening it for the first time. The lid still closes with the remaining three tabs, but it is disappointing that it broke before I e er used it. It is a little expensive for a broken lid.

After only a few months of typical use, two of these have chipped and the chips are in a whole bunch of tiny shards. And they keep losing more shards so we kept finding glass in food and in our container storage area. Had to get rid of them. Too bad because Pyrex used to be so reliable and their stuff would last years. This lasted months. So disappointing.

Great glass food storage set and really good quality. The containers feel sturdy, and I like that they don’t hold stains, smells or flavours like some plastic containers do. The locking lids are secure and make them great for meal prep, leftovers and keeping the fridge organised. Practical, easy to use, and definitely worth 5 stars.
