Mighty Mug (Teal)

And I quote " Mighty Mug is triple-walled so your coffee, tea and cocoa stay hot for hours". Mug interior is plastic and it last no longer than any other plastic interior mug. And that was the reason I ordered it even more so that the no spill aspect. I wish I could do better on the stars, but if you say it, I expect it. Good shipping times, and other than that, it is an OK mug.

This mug for some reason did not suction properly. My friends, however, have this mug as well and theirs did. Perhaps mine is just flawed!

The Mighty Mug arrived in a plastic zip-lock bag, not in the manufacturer's packaging. There was no factory protection on the bottom of the mug and the mug did not perform as it was designed to do. I already have purchased a Mighty Mug from a brick and mortar store and it came in a Mighty Mug box with a protective plastic piece on the suction bottom. It works wonderfully, as designed... I wish the Mighty Mugs I ordered on Amazon would have worked also, but they did not. As far as Amazon, perfect customer service ! Mugs returned with Amazon supplied labels, via UPS and a refund to my credit card account.

You have to pull on the bottom flap before every use other wise is will not stick to the table.

I am not sure why my mug is not even sealing to the desktop. The videos sure did make it seem so easy. I am going to contact manufacturer for follow up. It should at least do what is intended. So far not a good product for me.

Not so great in my opinion. got one for my husband and myself and I'm just not that impressed with the quality....plastic.

I AM NOT AMAZED BY THIS MUG SHOULD BE NAMED SO-SO MUG CAN NOT SAY ANY THING GOOD ABOUT IT. THE MUG IS NOT MICROWAVE SAFE AS CLAIMED. I BURNED MY THUMB WHEN I TOOK IT OUT OF THE MICROWAVE. THERE IS A METAL SCREW UNDER A LITTLE PLASTIC COVER RIGHT WHERE YOU PLACE YOUR THUMB. IT MELTED THE PLASTIC WHICH FASTENED ITSELF TO MY THUMB. IT ALSO IS NOT EASY TO DRINK FROM WITH THE HOKY COVER IN PLACE. I REALLY WOULD LIKE MY MONEY REFUNDED.
