It isn’t fluoride free and still contains a milder sulphate further down the list, so it isn’t all natural. The reason I dropped a star. However, I like that it lathers just enough and my teeth look very clean and shiny. The minty aroma lingers long after I’ve brushed and I believe my teeth are looking whiter than before. All in all I’m pleased with the results and we all like it in our house, so I’ll definitely be ordering more.
