it's not very thick! more like a tesco plastic bag thick!

What micron is this and is it suitable for a poly tunnel?

Not sure. I just used it to cover gutters and wall as I was getting my roof paint.

What is the guage of this sheeting?

Not sure of actual gauge but it was sufficient for my needs.

Could you walk on this while painting a ceiling?

You could, but I wouldn't advise it! Polythene can be very slippery. Invest in a decorator's cotton dust sheet safer, reusable, washable and a lot more ecofriendly!
