Splits 6-8 pills at once. Very clean cut. The only real issue I have is that when I do 1/4 pills, a piece sometimes falls into the cutouts the holding mechanism uses. There needs to be a way to get them out easily. Otherwise, works well and saves a lot of time since cats can almost never have a whole dang pill of anything. Seems very sturdy and doesn’t require a lot of force to use.

I had pills that had to be split - a 3 month supply so i got 45 pills at once that all had to be split. I tried those single pill splitters but they never split evenly - i could not line up that line on the pill with the blade to split and then doing those pills one at a time made me absolutely daft. This pill splitter allows me to split 6 pills at a time, line up the pill split line with the blade and closes around the pills to keep them from shifting while splitting the pills. I get an even, clean split EVERY TIME. It saves so much time and effort. Yes this costs more than most single pill splitters, but getting the medicine to split evenly and being able to do mulitple pills at once makes this a massive time saver. I take my 90 day supply and usually within 20 minutes I have them all split and ready to go.

The vet prescribed that I give my dog 1/2 of a very small tablet. They gave me a pill splitter and I already had one, and neither does as good a job as this one. The wheel adjusts the sides to hold several in place and cuts them evenly. My other pill cutters only cut one at a time and did not hold the pill in place, which often resulted in unevenly split pills

Works very well on a variety of pill sizes. Easy to use and much quicker then cutting one at a time. Blade is sharp and doesn’t crush the pills.
