Got this for my husband he just loved it was able to go the flea market and to the store with me.

Would be better for someone shorter than me( I’m 5’7. I was also nervous about the weight limit. The seat is wobbly a bit. The battery lasted a full Disney day-only two days did I get nervous do we found a plug to plug it in. The back up beeper was insanely loud but I wrote the company and they gave me very easy directions to disconnect. Took me an hour ( but I have bad hands so less for someone else I bet. Going on my second trip soon with this and it would have cost me more to rent 1 than I paid. Glad I gave this one a shot!!

I had this scooter less than six months when the battery started to fail. I had no way of contacting the seller. The battery was still under warranty, however, i was unable to do anything to have it replaced. DO NOT order one of these!

Got it for my wife and she loves it

The owner's manual has no information as to the maker, brand name, contact information. There is no company name, email address, mailing address, or phone number. I lost one of the two keys to the machine and wanted to replace it but there is no one to contact. If for some reason, I had a problem or it didn't operate correctly or I needed a part, there is no way to contact anyone. I have never seen a product without any contact information. I realize it was made in China but there should be some way to get information on the product. If I lose the second key or it gets damaged, the product is useless. Very disappointing and surprising that Amazon would offer a product with no contact information. Also, the machine is somewhat unsafe and unstable. It is fine on flat ground but any unlevel surface or a crack in the surface will cause the scooter to tilt and a wheel to lose contact with the surface. Not made for a large person even with an adjustable steering column. Battery securing is very difficult making removing and replacing (disassembly) difficult. Returning item is at purchaser's cost.

Product description says weight limit is 265-300 lbs. Owner's manual says 220 lbs (100kg). That's a 45-80 lb difference. The difference could make a difference in product lifetime and performance and this unknown is my sole reason for the 3 stars. Otherwise, so far so good, and if the true weight limit is what the description states, then it could get 5 stars.

the little that we have used the scooter it seems to operate nicely. there is an issue with the battery. You always need to make sure it is connected properly otherwise it will not run. which is not a bad thing I guess. It is too heavy for international travel (at least with the tour company we are using) Better check that out before you buy. The seller was very helpful however, DO NOT try to return. Even though they say it is returnable they leave out the part where it will cost you and you need all the original boxes. Be real, who keeps those large boxes and Styrofoam for a month? Over all I think it will work for us even though we don't really want it. We have no choice but to keep it.

Battery continuously loses contact and has to be readjusted each time, which is difficult for someone who need an then scooter and can't keep getting off to adjust.
