ECO PAVER SHED BASE Shed base 8ft x 6ft just 48 pavers

Having had problems laying slabs in the past I thought I would give this a try despite some misgivings due to the odd negative comment in the reviews. I am using it as a base for an old dog kennel/run which has been turned into a chicken hutch and run. It does the job very well, was much easier to lay (in a small wood so not particularly level) than slabs and most importantly makes it very hard for vermin to burrow through which has always been a problem with chickens on slabs and even solid concrete on occasions. So far I have not noticed any movement in the base and the structure 16ft x 4ft remains level and solid. I only wish I'd tried something similar in the past!

Assembling the base was easy and you will need a level 9ft by 7ft space (slight more to avoid a snug fit) to lay this paver down.Before I filled with 9 bags of 10 mm gravel, I had to take the base up (still assembled) to re-level part of the ground and the construct stayed together.When filling with gravel, I suggest you fill from the middle and fan out from there to avoid potential kinks. After filling with gravel, I found the base to be solid and easy to walking on.

Expensive but did the job well.

Amazing base, so easy to use and much easier than trying to extend the paving that I had down. I used this with a 8x6 keter shed and it is brilliant.

It was easy to assemble and put down on slightly uneven ground it has evened it out very well. I would certainly use it again if required.
