Good support for upper back and comfortable .

Once it's situated adequately, it seems to work fairly well; but as a 6'4”, 200lb. person, I find myself tucking the shoulder straps into the back of the waistband, which rides up a little much on my torso

Finally!! This brace seems to do the trick! My posture is pathetic due to bad osteoarthritis in my spine. I’ve had 3 joint replacements for the same but nothing can be done with a spine other than risky spinal surgery. NO THANKS! Doctors, therapists say “Exercise! Strengthen your core!” Ha! Easier said than done. I’m 73 and debilitated as I worked as a bedside nurse for 35 years and literally wore out my joints…..anyway, this brace is extremely helpful! My body wants to go into a letter C position but the brace reminds me to stand tall! I ordered a XL ( I’m 5’8” and 195#). It fits comfortably but I’m not getting the shoulder tension for more support. So, I will be ordering a Size Large.I have 3 of those smaller shoulder supports…very difficult to get into. This brace is much, much easier.

I'm getting older and my wife has told me I am beginning to walk slumped over. I saw this brace and decided I would try it. It really helps. The only down side is the shoulder straps start irritating around the underside of my armpits after awhile. However, this isn't the products fault, it is mine. I'm obese and trying to loose weight. Being the cheapskate that I am, I bought the size smaller so I wouldn't have to buy another brace as I lose weight. I think it will be fine when I lose some more weight.

First the not so good. This is my third try with this product. The size chart goes by height and weight and waist size which missed me totally. So the first try was on the store and second was on me. Thankfully the returns were seamless. I knew with the first one, even though the size was way too big that it was going to be a slam dunk when get the right size. I’m 72 and have had back problems since childhood and a spinal fusion at 53 so pain, stiffness and weakness is too familiar. As you can imagine I have had a bazillion braces or supports of some sort over the years, primarily for lumbar spine. I read the reviews before purchase and one purchaser said that their physical therapist said that this brand was the best. I’m wearing the right size now and yes indeedy I have a friend helping me stay in the game!What I like is that my thoracic spine ( mid-back) is weak and I need flexible yet rigid support which is comfortable and stable. This thing helps me both to perform and recover from physical activities. I will be putting it to the test daily for the next two weeks and will give an update

This support is good for supporting that back and posture. However the straps get uncomfortable after about 30 mins of wearing. The support is there, but can only wear for a short period of time. This is based on my own experience, and others my not have this problem.

Highly dissapponted with the product received...No buckles given to brace sholder bands and sholder support band not up to the mark its just a piece of black cloth with 2 elastic bands and few stickers...Worst not even worth 100rs
