I used this clamp to repair a large hole in my exhaust pipe that had developed where a hanger was welded. The hole was about the size of a quarter and sounded terrible . I used a grinder to smooth the hanger down and installed this clamp. The installation was very simple and tightened down well and sealed the leak well. I spent about 10 minutes on the clamp installation after the grinder work. This was a cost effective solution until I take it to shop to have it done professionally.

I did not end up installing the item on the exhaust. Quality of the item appeared good.

Bots snapped before I could get the clamp tight enough to prevent an exhaust leak. Buy replacement grade 8 nuts and bolts before you install.

Good quality as well as a nice fit and finish of product. Used to cover a hole in exhaust pipe and attach to exhaust hanger. Product cannot be seen in my application however if it were to be placed in a position to be easily visible it would not be a problem as the Chrome finish looks great right out of the box.

It was difficult to get it to wrap around my the exhaust pipe, but with some wiggling and clamps to hold it on place, it's fits like a glove!
