Used today for the first time, to cut back a conifer tree. Got to say these are really good value. Very sharp, cut through branches around an inch in diameter with ease. Not to heavy but when fully extended you can obviously feel the weight a bit more. Very efficient, good quality and easy to use. In my opinion well worth the money.

Does a good job tidying up bits in the garden for the price. One of the better value sets in this category. I expect this product to last a few years but may need resharpened frequently.

The Shears may as well be made from sharpened paper clips for how easily they bend. I have used them only twice, and they are now unusable. First job cutting back some rose stems, not a problem. (You would hope not anyway!) Second job, cutting back a small box honeysuckle bush. 2 minutes into the job and they've been rendered completely unusable. They look like the twisted remains of a high speed car crash. Definitely avoid these items, cheap tat from China. Pay cheap, pay twice.

Good for getting jobs done

I was pleased with the shears and they do as needed. I was however on this occasion very disappointed with the state of the packaging i received them in. The box was flimsy and bearly sealed. The handles were actually sticking through the package. Taking into consideration they were garden shears i dont think the packaging was sufficient whether the goods were packaged like this originally or if this occurred during delivery transport it was poor and the item could have been damaged. On this occasion minor scratching had occurred which has not impacted functionality
