This is more than a ceiling fan. The fan and light fixture has bluetooth and can be controlled by a free mobile app or your cell or by an included remote control. There are thousands of light and color combinations. The Smart fan has 6 fan speeds and a really quiet fan motor. You can't hear it running. To top off the lights it also has a bluetooth speaker. Stream music from your cell. It doesn't sound bad either. What a ceiling fan. Installation was like half an hour.

An effective fan that cools, even at low speeds. And if you don't care about all the EXTRAS you get on the APP, then using the fan's remote is a no Brainer. Now, trying to figure out you need an app called TUYA SMART and then setting up the wifi capabilities, took a mind-numbing 2-3 days to figure out. However, once I did, a number of new lighting options was unleashed! Far more control on how you want the lights to shine on the app. The app has a few glitches, but overall, 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽.

It was difficult to find the app used on this light/fan combo. It took me 4 hrs to find the right one. Read others reviews to find the app. (JST-WYRGB-Fen) on the TUYA appWhen ‘on’ the light is beautiful and the fan is strong. But the remote is finicky and the light on the remote never goes on, so you don’t know if it’s got power or not. The Bluetooth speaker does not work. The app can’t find it and Alexa can’t find it. The most disappointing part is the remote. Sometimes it works, if you double or triple click it. Or just keep clicking til you get it. Sometimes it doesn’t work at all. Imagine in the middle of the night, grabbing the remote to turn on the fan and frustratingly clicking over and over - in different patterns - until madness wakes you completely. Then getting out your phone, using Alexa (opening the app) and finding the fan button, only to hear that Alexa can’t work the fan,,,only the lights. For the love of god….send me a working remote, at the least!!! The light is beautiful and was fairly easy to install. Course I needed someone who knew electricity because the wires are different colors and the install booklet did not show the connections. I like the light and the power of the fan. It’s better than the one I replaced. But it’s gonna take time before I figure out it’s kinks. No working speaker and a barely working remote, plus Alexa not being able to connect to the fan portion - is frustrating and disappointing.I will update this review if the company contacts me with a fix for at least some of the problemsUPDATE:The company has not answered me. Now tge internet connection with the app is finicky. Last night it could not squire the connection with the light at all. It just kept turning on and off by itself. Can’t sleep thst way! I had to turn off the connection at the switch. Then I had the find a standing fan to plug in. This thing has to go!!! I need a reliable light and fan. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PRODUCT!

Documentation woefully substandard. Fortunately install is straight forward. The included wire attachment device is terrible, use your own crimped ends.The fan works good enough. The light cycles through 6 colors, along with warm and cool white. The remote isn't very good, I have to push twice to do most things. The light isn't bright enough to be your only light.I can't recommend this product. The fan works good, and the lighting is good enough for me, but I can't figure out what app to use, which severely limits functionality. Spend your money elsewhere.

This was cool for the colors and fan, but was not bright enough as a light. There's better options on Amazon.

I bought this product for my family. I love that I can control the fan using my phone with the app. I like the different brightness settings so that I can choose bright, warm, and neutral. I was a good price for the fan and my family loves it.

This is a very pretty fan. The light ring looks like wet sculpted ice, especially in the blue colors. The clear fan blades don't detract from the light effect.It has some nice features on the remote like instant switch to warm/cold white, timer, etc. I don't like that the remote has to be aimed at a very narrow range of angles in order to actually control the fan. Also the remote is blasting out some codes that operate several other devices in the room.The fan is not quiet on any speed. It does move a good amount of air. If you require a quiet fan, this might not be the pick. It's not really a white noise, but a little more involving. I probably would struggle to sleep under this fan, but my kids do not.Mounting is a little scary since the unit is kind of lightly built, or "flexible" No problems once it's mounted however. No vibrations or sagging.

The remote's range is too short, the light is too dim, and the overall structure is not super stable after installation.
