Sandals had a rough insole after one year of wear so I was forced to buy another insole. have used these before and they are very handy ~ I appreciate the metatarsal arch pad! Only problem is that the long hot summer has made the little sticky holding pad slip around and there are no further sticky pads supplied ~ maybe you could also sell the sticky pads?

Moved about in shoe ended up with sore feet

The support section was not in the right place for me for my ailment.They are well made so just be aware of what you need them for, to make sure the support is where you need it. The raised part was too far back, towards the arch, I needed it to be closer to just behind the ball of my foot.

As soon as they arrived and I fitted them into my flat shoes the pain relief was immediate! It's not totally gone but I can walk normally wifhout pain. In the next week I know that my Mortens Nueroma will be healing. This is the second time I have had this problem and even though the last time was 30 years ago, the remedy still works.

These are great little in soles and are comfortable WHEN they stay in place! Not a great purchase I am afraid as they move about too much in my shoe so I can’t use them.

Happy with the insoles. Used similar from a different company but these are very good as well. Thanks.

These are perfect for all my shoes other than my running shoes. I have custom orthotics for my gym shoes but they do not fit in my regular shoes. I have a couple of these orthotics that I switch into my dress boots, sandals and other shoes. You don't have to use the sticky part for permanent use if you don't want to.
