Got this for my secret Santa who asked for a crochet kit. It came in on time and from what I know she liked the gift very much!

The yarn is very rough, which makes a sturdy bag, but it can wear on your fingers. Just be careful & use a ring or bandage to protect your finger. Also, the yarn had a concerning amount of long, straight dark brown human hairs wound in it, which is kinda gross. I had to pull the hairs out as I found them & made sure to wash the bag before using it.

Very awesome kit with everything you need! Just jump in and crochet! Love it! Da best!!

WARNING: The kit uses "milk cotton," which is made from milk protein! This product is not safe for anyone with a dairy allergy. Please keep this in mind if you plan on gifting this kit or are around anyone with a milk allergy. Apparently, the protein can even shed in the washing machine or if in contact with sweat, water, etc.I also didn't see any proper warnings about the material used. I was under the impression that it was cotton. This should definitely be listed more prominently in the description!

The media could not be loaded.  I will start with the good. The package came on time. Very pretty colors and soft yarn. The book is very confusing, the picture on the front shows you getting 3 bu does of blue and 2 of white..I got 2 of blue and 1 of white. Then, when you start following the instructions (every crochet knows you dont do this) 🙄 the pictures of how to do a granny square are muti color and chunky yarn so you can't really see where the stitches are and can't even see what's going on to follow it, and you better hope you can understand the the steps. When you start doing the tote on the front the instructions don't even tell you which of the 2 hooks given to use , it just starts the 2 sizes. They never tell you how many stitches you should have at the end of a row or show examples or what your project should like like as you progress. Some of the instructions are completely incorrect if you want the bag to be even and the yarn came apart and continued to unravel and to top it all off.....nit given yarn and you can see I cut my ends evey short, and I'm not left with an unfinished tote that I have to buy more yarn to finish. Not happy and all, feel ripped off a bit.

I wish they had a video to follow. As a beginner, I really don’t understand the written instructions. I have to look for other online tutorials.

This was one of my top 3 selections and I'm glad that I chose this. The bag leavrs plenty of rolm to add more tools and is very durable. Well worth the price.

Fun easy and pretty

The bag is a lot smaller than what is pictured. The pattern is written is difficult to understand. I have crocheted for a long time and pattern was confusing. Plus they sent the wrong amount of yarn. Was supposed to be 2 balls of blue and 2 balls of white. I got 3 balls of blue and 1 of white so I don’t have enough to finish it at least for it to look like the picture. Not worth the money.

Very cute bag fast to make. The yarn is so soft. Comes with everything you need. The instructions are terrible so you need to be a bit more advance to understand. Overall im happy with my purchase.

Bin in Deutschland. Leider ist die Häkelanleitung in Englich. Ich spreche die Sprache nicht. Kann also damit nichts anfangen. würde aber gerne die Tasche häkeln. Könnten sie mit eine deutsche Anleitung zukommen lassen?

I purchased this because is says, "Crochet for Beginner Friendly" and this is a crock! I wanted to teach my 8 year old granddaughter how to crochet. I've been crocheting for over 50 years and had a hard time understanding the instructions. Very poor instructions and must have been lost in translation! I'm gonna try working on this project myself though totally defeats the purpose of teaching. I would NOT recommend this project for young or old!
