These were exactly what I needed when we ran into an unexpected issue installing professional blinds in my toddler’s room. Cheap, arrived quickly, installed in under 5 minutes (and that includes the time to get the ladder!), and fully block the light, including during midday naps. If you are looking for TEMPORARY, easy to install blackout shades, these are perfect.

For the price and ease of “install”, five stars. I purchased a thin PVC strip to adhere to the bottom to prevent the droop when the blinds are clipped up. The blackout is really effective.

Application was easy, I cleaned the windows before application to make the stick last longer. It was used for a long window in our laundry room, and it looks great! It’s even keeping the room cooler and blocking the sun. It doesn’t look cheap, goes well with the room. I would definitely recommend! For reference This window was a 22-1/2” w and 57” L, there was about 2 inches of fabric left after cutting it down to 22-1/2.

Pros: These blinds are super easy to put up and cut to size. If you go slow and measure, they work great. They do a good job of keeping the bright sun out, but allowing light in. I got the white ones. I am looking forward to them, helping to keep my house a little cooler in the summertime. Cons: I cannot open them all the way because the clips slip off if I open them halfway or more. I was hoping to be able to push them all the way up to be able to watch the birds before the sun hit the windows. They are also a bit of a pain to open because you do it by hand and you have to fold each pleat. I wish that the clips worked better and weren’t just plastic. I have a feeling that they will break soon. I wish that they held more blind so that I could have them up farther. Overall, I am happy. For the price, it has been worth it so far.

I was skeptical at first, but after installing it, I love it so much. This is so much easier, than installing mini blinds inside the bedroom window. I have room darkening drapes, but I want light to come in during the day. But I also don't want people looking in the window. And the sun is coming in the window, which is going to fade my pictures and such. I used the double sided tape that came already on it. I mounted it to the top of the metal window frame. I just painted the room and I don't think this double sided tape will remove easily if I changed my mind and mounted it to the "ceiling" of the window frame. And I don't intend on opening this window. I forgot about the Ring window sensor, so it was easy to take scissors and cut around it. It does have a folded crease down the middle, but the window opens from side to side. So the middle vertical window bar, hides the fold. It does come with two velcro patches, if you want to use that instead. But the adhesive on velcro patches is even more difficult to remove. The blind is 35" x 59" and my window is 36" x 51".

I needed blinds to supplement my drapes as I'm a light sleeper. My previous all-paper shades have seen better days so it was time for a replacement. I saw these and the difference was dramatic. Most important was the silver fabric backing which can reflect light which doubles for keeping my bedroom temperature in check during the daytime. Trimming the material to fit inside the window is a bit tricky if you don't have big scissors, so my advice is to cut it a little wider than you'd think it needs to be. Peeling the adhesive to fit inside the top of the window was simple. Any parts that were a touch wide can easily be touched up. But the big bonus was the velcro pieces to fit on the bottom of the window frame and the shades. It virtually seals the bottom, but I can fold it up to the top which is handy for when I want more light or when the window cleaners come and seal it again. This is one of the best and simplest blackouts I've bought.

These work great. 3 stars is because of the packaging. They fold it in half resulting in a double crimp down the middle of the blind. If you don't mind creases going down the full length of the blind, these might be the blinds for you. The adhesive is great and forgiving. The bottom is double sided velcro. It comes with two plastic clips to raise and lower, but this is basically paper mache, so it's going to go flying the second you open a door. If you want something adjustable, this is probably not the blind for you.

Easy to install and goes well with my sofa and couch during this fall season. The light blocking is good,it does darken the living room making it very comfortable.

The blind is very nice for what I was looking for and easy to use. Their customer service is top-notch. I had to reach out and they were prompt, friendly and helpful! I'm very happy that I purchased with them.
