Nice Charger
I got the 32 Amp version and am pretty happy with it so far. While all EV chargers are pretty bulky (especially with a J1772 connector), this one is on the smaller side and will take up less room in your car if you are looking for something portable. This one uses 10 gauge wire (18 gauge for ground) while a 40 Amp charger usually has 8 gauge which makes the cable thicker and heavier. The charger case on this one is also a bit smaller than other units.I've tested this charger at both 120V and 240V (as specified on back of the charger on in the manual) and it seems to work fine at either voltage. You can select the charging current which is nice, but I wish there were choices for Level 1 (120V) charging at 8 Amps (for older home circuits) and 12 Amps (80% of a 15 Amp circuit breaker). This charger just offers 10 Amps which is on the low side for a 15 Amp circuit breaker and 16 Amps which is good for a 20 Amp breaker (bad idea to select 16 Amps for a 15 Amp circuit). For 240V Level 2 charging you can select 20, 24, or 32 Amps which is nice. Just make sure the charging current you select is no more than 80% of the circuit breaker limit in order to meet electrical code.I've tried other chargers which I discovered did not support scheduled charging. While you can manually select a time delay to begin charging with this charger (and the others), I prefer scheduled charging where the car decides (based on your menu selections in the car or the car's app) when to start and stop the charging. With scheduled charging, you can have the car stop charging at a selected time (usually your time of departure) and select a charging limit (I usually select 80% of battery capacity since charging to 100% may affect long term battery life). I was very happy to see that this charger does support scheduled charging on my Tesla (an extra cost J1772-to-Tesla adapter is required). One small complaint is that I was expecting the current on the first line (large font size) of the charger's display to be the maximum charging current selected as is usually the case with other chargers. However, it is actually the currently measured charging current. The maximum charging current you select is shown of the fifth line of the display in a pretty small font. If you need reading glasses, you may need them here since it's important to make sure you don't accidently select too high a charging current for your circuit.I took one point away from my rating because the actual charging cable is only about 22 ft 4 in long instead of the 25 ft claimed. The only way you get 25 ft is by including both cables (charging and AC cables) plus the 8 3/4 in length of the charger unit and most of the length of the J1772 connector. I know some other companies do this too, but I consider it dishonest and there are companies which give accurate measurements for their EV charger cable length. Also, the description of this charger claims it is UL listed, but only the cable has a UL label and there is no UL label on the charger. If you really need 24-25 ft to reach your car then it could be unsafe to use this charger since you'd have to pull on it to reach your EV and that could cause the NEMA 14-50 plug to partially pull out of the socket. This would increase the resistance of the connections and could lead to overheating which cannot be detected by the circuit breaker and it could become a fire hazard.

Great level 1 charger
I purchased the 16A version. It comes with a 6-20 plug (for 16A 240V charging) and a 5-15 adapter (for 16A 120V charging). I haven't tested charging at 240V, but it works great for 120V charging. 16A is the maximum continuous current 20A circuits are rated to provide.A quirk of the US power system is that 5-15 receptacles are often found on 20A circuits. Plugs for equipment that expects a 20A circuit are supposed to be 5-20 where one pin is turned sideways, but these receptacles are relatively uncommon. Because the 120V adapter for this EVSE is a 5-15 plug but the EVSE defaults to 16A, you need to be sure that you are using a receptacle on a 20A circuit. If not, you can use the current settings on the EVSE to set a lower charging current rate (12A for a 15A receptacle). I haven't tested this. Many aftermarket EVSEs on Amazon are incompatible with scheduled or timed charging controlled by the car. This one works perfectly with my audi. You simply set the schedule in your car's interface, plug it in, and the evse recognizes that charging is paused. Once the car asks to charge the EVSE works properly. This is a great feature whether or not you have time-of-use power rates because setting your car to charge overnight is easier on the power grid and gives your battery time to cool down after driving if you live in a warm climate. If you live in a cold climate, scheduled charging ensures that your battery lets you warm your battery up first thing in the morning so that it is conditioned when you leave. To summarize, this is a great EVSE at an affordable price that supports scheduled charging controlled by the car. With the included 5-15 adapter the EVSE defaults to 16A charging which is optimal for a 20A circuit, but you should change the settings on the EVSE to 12A if you are charging from a receptacle on a 15A circuit.

LOVE IT
I use it every night. it has a protective cover for the charging port so sprinklers, etc don't get the nodes wet. Works perfectly every time.

Great product for price
Was hoping for a on/off switch for power to the unit.

Easy to install.
We can charge our new Chevy Bolt from under 20% to totally accused 100 percent short-term of this charger, so I saw no real reason for introduced a 40 amp line for a heavier and more costly charging framework. This charger provides me with a decision of 10, 16 amp rates. I have just two times needed to charge at the 24 amp rate, and that is simply because I trust in charging it as far as possible and that was after excursions of 240-270 miles since last charge. This is a decent worth charger, in spite of the fact that I brought it back. It is presumably some strange thing with my Subaru . It would charge at the maximum for the vehicle of 16A with the exception of when it was booked for the time being.

Great home charger
Gives you Level 1 and 2 charging. Smaller than other home chargers because I believe it's designed to be portable. Though frankly it seems a little large to move around. We'll just keep it as a garage charger while our outdoor chargers will use the larger, more insulated (looking) chargers I'm sure everyone has seen. It charges at what you expect.
