3 spoons one pot but yet in the picture and the description above the picture it says three months supply one pot last one month so where is the three months supply? Other than that I enjoy the taste like many too early to know whether it works or not still scratching my head over the three months supply

The taste is very decent given that it is an all natural product without any sugar or unnatural additivies added.I am very happy with the quality of this Shilajit resin.

Shilajit is not such a great tasting product, but this one seems to be the best I have tried! Great all-around - very happy! Would absolutely recommend it. Just remember that Shilajit isn't a sweet resin, it's natural, so it will always be a bit bitter - just best to mix into a juice when taking.

The media could not be loaded.  This is a pure organic Himalayan Shilajit. It is found in the mountains at high altitudes. The locals in the Himalayan region have used it for its health benefits and as an energy booster for generations.The resin is tar-like.Although the earthy flavour is initially unpleasant, you become used to it. Only a pea-size dose is recommended. It can be consumed either plain or mixed with warm drinks.These wooden scoops did not last long. The resin is sticky and thick. So a metal measuring scoop would have been better.

This is a great, authentic Shilajit resin. The taste is good and in comparison to other products it's of a very high level.

If you can get past the taste of this product you’re doing well!It tastes horrible. I place a small coop under the tounge and it’s hard to take.I have however in the name of an informed review proceeded to do this for 2 weeks. I do feel better and it has had an effect on my Inflammation In my knee. I stopped taking it for a couple of days and the pain in my knee came back!My mood has improved and I feel brighter. Just wish it didn’t taste so bad
