Will it work with verizon ?

From the info from seller, only fits the LG V60 ThinQ ,I have Samsung,so not sure about Verizon, you can message the seller and ask ,maybe they could helo

How do order a verizon model ?

As long as you have an LG V60 ThinQ this is the product you need.

I'm confused because the product title says it's a case. So is this the LG V60 ThinQ phone? And if it's a phone, does it include a dual screen?

This is only the dual screen. You have to already have the LG v60 ThinQ phone. If you have the phone this dual screen is great.

Does this order come with the phone?

No. It is just the screen. Which is the outer glass of the phone.
