I don’t often write reviews but I felt compelled to write one for this eye mask as I was amazed by its quality for the price. I don’t consider myself a light sleeper and I typically sleep without a face mask, using one very occasionally - which is usually one of those flimsy cotton ones you often get free in beauty boxes. However, I was inspired to buy an eye mask for upcoming travel abroad. I didn’t have any key criteria for the mask but I was interested to see what the raised/3D masks would be like (added bonus of protecting my LVL) and I liked that it had an adjustable strap. I noticed that eye masks can vary significantly in price, so I was a little wary that this eye mask might not perform for such a low price. I was wrong! I’ve worn it for the last three nights since it arrived and I have had the most deepest, comfortable and undisturbed sleeps. I am blown away by what a difference a good eye mask can make to the quality of sleep. Top points: -The 3D design is comfortable, with the ridge being spongy. I like the soft pressure it adds around my eyes - like during yoga, meditation, sound bath, when you place a scented eye cushion over to encourage deeper relaxation. -The adjustable strap means no more elastic strap that loses its elasticity over time. -It completely blocks out the light for me and helps me sleep longer from not being disbursed by the rising sun. -It hasn’t moved around on my head during the night (other masks usually do) and I’m a front/side sleeper. I haven’t found the mask interfering with my preferred sleep position. -Great value for money - I don’t see a need in spending more than this, though everyone has their own criteria for a mask.

These eye masks are absolutely brilliant—I’ve bought one for every member of my family! They block out the light completely and are so comfortable that you can even open your eyes while wearing them, so they don’t squish your eyes while sleeping. The fit is excellent, and they’re easy to adjust to the perfect size. The quality feels great, they’re washable, and overall they’re fantastic value for money. I will definitely keep buying these!

It's very soft against the face. I get a minor crack of light coming through from below, but I dont have it that tight and the elastic is adjustable, so you might be able to eliminate this if needed. It's good enough for me! I'm guessing it cuts out 95% of light and when dawn is at 4.30am this is very helpful. I think I am sleeping better with it; it feels soothing and relaxing to wear and I seem to be going to sleep faster which is AWESOME, if you are insomniac who has had too many nights of staring at the ceiling til 6am, this is a God-send. It pushes against the face a bit if you sleep on your side but I have found it not really that big of an inconvenience. And it might fall off or move out of position by the morning, depending on how much you move about when asleep. I also accidentally put one through the 90 deg wash as it ended up in the bedding by mistake, and am pleased to report that it survived completely intact with no harm done. Conclusion: Brilliant for a fiver.

Does what is needed and blocks out light. I needed this for sleeping as I go early to bed and in the spring and summer it is still light outside and my blackout blinds don’t block enough light. Also, when my husband comes to bed he often uses a small torch to see his way around and this always wakes me. This eye mask does a great job blocking light and I notice the difference when I forget to use it and get awakened at night with the dreaded light. It’s comfy to sleep in and can be adjusted by strap at the back. Great value for money and fast delivery. I recommend this product for a goon nights sleep.

Fantastic sleep eye mask, As i share my bedroom with my son, he keeps lights on to do his homework, but now its no bother for me. eye mask is perfect and blocks out all light. i defo recommend to anyone if they are struggling to sleep or take a knap during day. complete black out.

So this mask genuinely does block out all light BUT it isn't comfortable for side sleepers. Even if you told your head to the side, you can feel the padding pushing on your temple. I'm returning it out of discomfort, for the cost it's not bad but I'd opt for a different inexpensive 3D blackout mask if you are a side sleeper
