Full disclosure, if my couch arms were at least nearly as wide, is the space allowed between the brackets, this item would have been great. However, because of it's weight, you really need to have a wider couch arm for it to be practical. My couch arms were just too narrow, so I didn't trust it to stay in place. Very unfortunate, because I loved the product itself.

liked it but thought the screw didnt tighten enough to keep the upper cup/remote holder secure on the tray. returned sadly.

I loved it for the first two weeks but the cup holder part spins and wobbles.

I was exciting but it came broke.Update. As soon as I update my claim on Amazon, Seller sent me a new one on same day when I submitted my claim and offered me to refund half of my money. Customer service is good, new one I got wasn’t broke. I’m still using it and it actually really good. I use everyday. I have pretty big cloud couch so I was having a trouble to find a perfect one that will fit on my couch and this one, you don’t have to worry about size of your couch. Love cup holder especially. Awesome

For the price you would expect a better built product. Wish I could return it.

just as advertised. Fits perfect and easy to put together as well. Haven’t moved it yet!
