Needed bottles that look like my glass ones

I returned these products the day after I received them because the bottles looked very cheap and were made of plastic. I specifically wanted glass bottles, so they were not what I expected. It’s now been three weeks since Amazon received my return, and I still have not been refunded. The tracking clearly shows that the return was delivered, yet Amazon keeps changing the refund date—from July 23 to July 30—without giving me any explanation. Unfortunately, Amazon’s customer service is not what it used to be. Returning an item has become frustrating because you have to contact customer service multiple times just to get updates on a refund. The process is unnecessarily difficult. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this seller. The lack of communication and the long delay in issuing a refund have been very disappointing.
