Q: How long is drying time under a UV lamp?

Depends on how powerful your uv light is. A good professional lamp like gelish's own lamp would be two minutes. I usually do just a bit more than the recommended time to be sure it's cured since my lamp is slightly under the power of a professional lamp.

Q: Is this color a grey color with the purple specks

Thus is a really soft purple-grey. No specks or shimmer. Definitely one of my favorites, as well as my 25 year old daughter!
