Eh…UPDATED REVIEW
Broke after 6 weeks. Guess I’ll try a different brand and hope for the best.UPDATE…the company reached out to me to remedy the defective mill I received. I appreciate that they stand behind their product and are concerned with customer satisfaction.

Works great!
We really like this grinder. In our house it gets used every day because either my boyfriend cooks or I do and we use pepper in almost every meal. We prefer fresh ground because it tastes better. Some dishes require the grind more course than others and the little dial under the lid makes it so easy to change the size of the grind. I like that a lot. I also like the size of this grinder. This grinder looks really nice and works very well and I would recommend it.

Only lasted 3 months
Got this for a terrific price and loved it until it broke. Only had it three months and then in the middle of grinding some pepper, it worked for a couple of turns then just stopped working on the next turn. Didn't make a noise or pop, just started rotating without grinding anything. Fiddled around with the adjustments, took it apart and cleaned it but nothing helped. Now it's past the return deadline and I have no idea how to contact the manufacturer. It's a bummer because it was really nice while it lasted.

Well made
The price for these was $9.98. The glass is thick and sturdy and the tops are true stainless steel. The grinders are very easy to use. You can increase or decrease the amount/texture with the twist of the knob. All the pieces come apart for easy cleaning.

Pepper grinder
This arrived when expected, in good shape. This is easy to fill with pepper corns, and easy to use. I love the contemporary look!

Difficult to turn for arthritic hands
Works good, but hard to turn for arthritic hands. We bought electric grinders and use this one on the table for company. Look good!

Simple, durable, and sleek
This pepper grinder is a perfect blend of form and function! Very easy to use and adjust, sleek glass and brushed metal design.I bought it because it was very well priced, and I can honestly say I would choose it over other higher priced items, as the form & function are on point!I definitely recommend!

Great, till it wasn’t
Got this pepper grinder and immediately loved it.This thing is the perfect size. It fits well in the pantry while holding an adequate amount of peppercorns—that you don’t end up with a 1/5th of a bottle of the refill just sitting on the shelf for weeks. It grinds peppers like a dream. We’d been using those crap-suck grinders from the store —the ones that look somewhat nice, made of glass and all, but only have two settings for grind: pepper dust at the rate of half a pepper an hour, and boulder size that just dumps chunks of pepper rocks onto your food. This thing, on the other hand, can grind pepper in any size, and at amazing speeds. So, this should be a 5 star product, right? Why 1 star?Well, as others have commented, the Achilles heel of this thing is not the grinding mechanism itself but the flimsy plastic arm that holds it together. After about 2 months of awesomeness, the plastic round part cracked and split and was allowing the center metal post holding the grinder part to rotate with the outer part, rendering it useless.I tried supergluing that piece, and that worked for two days, before *another* crack developed and it was back to free-spinning.Needless to say that is a disappointment, and at a two month life span—even the crap-suck ones from the store outlasted that.It would be super easy for the manufacturer to have that flimsy piece of plastic reinforced to avoid these issues. But at ~$10 for the grinder, maybe they won’t care.Anyway, while this thing *was* awesome, dipped in awesome sauce, 2 months is not acceptable for a lifespan considering it wasn’t even working all that hard.
