I have taken saffron for several years. There was a study on seniors, that discovered their vision was improved after 3 months, so that they could read one font smaller type. I noticed a difference in clarity after 2 weeks! It improves, maintains, the retina, to a certain extent. i recommend it!

Great supplement
This product was recommended from a friend. I have not had any active issues except what I thought was dry eye but my eyes feel better. I work on the computer all day and thought I was straining but seems better too. I plan to keep taking.
