These have been surprisingly good i didn't think being so thin they would have much affect but my husband says they work really well and heat up to help his back pain.They do have a very strong smell which isn't unpleasant and they stick really well.

Brought me up in a rash.
I came up in a rash after a short while of wearing this patch. After two days I still have a rash. I was unable to sleep because of the itching.I wish to return this product to Amazon. Also the other on ordered with it as it uses the same glue.

Works okay
I found these took a long time to ‘activate’ and often it would be hours later before they really heated up. Nice gentle heat when it did work.

Heat patches for osteoarthritis
I thought I was ordering Capsaicum patches. Also the black backing to these patches leaves marks where I use them which then have to be removed. Need to return them, so apparently I need a q r code
