Irrational and unresponsive customer service
I had a terrible experience with Huawei a few months ago when I purchased a laptop. Here are the issues I encountered:- The device had a faulty battery and had to be sent for repairs.- After repair, the laptop not only returned in damaged packaging but also with a malfunctioning touchpad that was beyond repair.- I requested a replacement, but unfortunately, the replacement device was sent to me in opened packaging with repair center labels.- No evidence was provided to support their claim that the replacement was brand new.- They were unwilling to extend my warranty from one year to two years as a goodwill gesture and proof of their laptop newness claim.- Requests for compensation were met with either negative responses or insulting and profit-driven suggestions.Be cautious, as you're dealing with a unprofessional repair centre and completely unresponsive system.
