Peak Velocity Men's Zephyr Windbreaker Loose-Fit Jacket

I bought this to wear cycling during the cooler months. I tried using just a regular hooded sweatshirt but the cold wind passed right trough the material. The jacket is roomy enough to fit over the sweatshirt and should block the cold wind. I haven't had time yet to try that out, but the fit is just right over the sweatshirt and semi loose when worn just as a stand alone jacket. Nice looking so I hate to just use it when just cycling so it may get double duty for nicer wear. I am 6'0 and about 225 lbs, and bought the XL..

Bought this jacket for my dad as a gift. We were looking for something he could wear that wasn't going to be to hot, but would also keep a chill off of him. After trying about 15 different windbreakers and jackets, I found this one. He loves how breathable it is and it is quality material. He wears it daily and said he won't wear anything else.

I bought this to replace a beloved Columbia Titanium windbreaker. The Peak Velocity is a little heavier, though still pretty light. I bought the Medium first and it was too tight -- I wear medium shirts -- and the Large is not too big. As others have mentioned the lining in the sleeves tends to push out of the wrist cuff when putting on the jacket -- that is my only annoyance with the jacket. Otherwise, it's a good fit, seems to have quality zippers, is a nice weight and breathes well. No experience yet with waterproofing -- I will update when I do.

This was a gift for my dad. It was just what he asked for. Light weight, zippered pockets and a conservative color. For just right too.
