Good product but service was not good!

Excellent value, long-lasting, great reliability.
Probably the 2nd or 3rd one of these lamps I have bought. Being installed in a fridge serving a family of 5 it gets a real workout most days. Usually get a couple years from the tube before they start to fail. Excellent value for the money, and being fluorescent doesn't heat up the fridge if the door is left ajar.
