Hello, this 3 in 1 sofa bed comes in one parcel. The package contains all the parts and installation instructions. Ideally, it can be assembled in an hour. After you purchase, we will arrange FedEx or UPS for delivery. Under normal circumstances, it is expected to be delivered in 2-5 working days.

Q: When the back folds down to make a bed, are there support legs for that part? Appears to say so in the description, but none of the pictures show any

Yes. The support legs hide in the back portion. When the back is dropped for a bed, convenient slits in the fabric allow the legs to automatically unfold for support. FYI, I bought these for when my grandkids vacation at our home. The sides are fixed so it won't be as comfortable for a large adult. But it works for what we need it for while they are small.

Q: If it is 70 inches long when opened to sleep on, how come people are saying in the reviews that it is only good for someone up to 5'7?

Most people have a pillow and you sleep a couple inches lower than the top of your pillow. From end to end, yes it is 70", but for comfort best for 67 to 68 inches for height. I hope this helps.
