I’ve had my Bento Box for about a month now. I love that the interior of the container is metal so it doesn’t pick up food scent. The metal comes out easily for dishwashing.I love putting the individual containers in the microwave!I use the large container for soup or some rice and vegetables. I use the little ones for fruit, salad, and other snacks.My only wish — an add on clip for utensils!

Keeps the food warm

First of all, this thing never closed correctly and/or tight enough to make me feel confident about it.Secondly, this thing broke about 3 days after I bought it and had to return it. I wanted to like it, for real, but it has some design flaws.

Packaging is good, received all the parts as advertised. 3 containers.Boxes are well-made, big enough for 2 people lunch, leakproof, closes well, opens well. Inside is steel, outside is plastic.Not microwave safe, dishwasher safe.Ideal for picnic, outdoor lunch, camping.4 star because foods did not stay warm for too long. In about 4 hours they were warm, at 6 hours they were room temperature.Overall good for short time hot food.

This was seemingly a great design, an all in one lunchbox with insulation.The handle and locking top slide into place really nice and seem sturdy.The metal within the containers pops out for ease of cleaning however the plastic is never spared. The contained leaks within themselves and the contents spill out into the individual plastic containers.The lids tighten well however they do over spin. I never know if the lid is locked in because it spins and spins.Color is nice and the handles on the individual containers are very convenient.
