Great uptide rod
Cracking rod good backbone and sensitive tip, this easily handles large cod baits and strong tides, really like it best uptider I have owned.

Suveran Evo 992 Rod
I rod has plenty of strength in the last 60% towards the butt. I first used the rod at Dungeness casting 10oz weights plus large cuttlefish baits with no effort. Not used it as a boat rod with the butt screwed in. I have a 30lb Suveran for that job. Again an excellent rod so much so you can see bit registration from a 4" pin whiting fishing in the Bristol channel with 8oz of lead 20lb braid and large baits.

Nice rod
This a good rod, pretty pleased with it overall. The only criticism is I think is the tip is a little stiff but I guess this is a downside to casting 5-10oz. I do wonder if it would break the lead out. Decent rod and fittings though.

Can not fault this rod
Brilliant rod, have used these out of Ramsgate hooking 10lb plus smooth hound in strong running tides, can not fault the rod though terminal tackle has given out at times
