I did some research and Talak came up as a comparable product. I have only used it once and only inside the house because we were in the midst of a serious rain event here. So far so good, no ants. The bottle came shrink-wrapped and was sealed up to avoid any leakage. It is easy to measure the amount you need with the bottle having a pour spout with markings on it. I put it into a one gallon pump sprayer and it mixed easily and sprayed with no crazy odors like some of the products you get at the hardware store.
