I have had many knee compression items in the past. This one is not only made well, but it DOES NOT slip down my leg! I had two issues that made me search for the correct knee brace. 1. stayed up, and 2. does not make me sweat in the heat.This one accomplished both. I tried other Neenca and other brands, but this one did it all. Will be buying another.

Fit's my 13yr old's long stork legs and provides better patellar and ligamental support than the cheaper garbage ones.

I have Osteoarthritis and a torn meniscus ligament. The Neenca knee brace helps support the knee and allows normalcy to movement of the knee.I will buy another one so I can wash one and have a replacement.

This NEENCA Knee Compression Sleeve works well for light compression support. It is comfortable and can be worn for extended periods of time. In use, over the course of a day, there was no curling up on either end of the sleeve and there was no appreciable amount of bunching up of fabric behind the knee. Being made of breathable fabric, the sleeve did not get hot while wearing it indoors with air conditioning. Outside, with the temperature in the high 90s to low 100s, it did warm up a reasonable amount.The light stays on the sides of the sleeve afford some support and they don’t become uncomfortable.The non-slip silicone strip on the inside of the top cuff does seem to help the sleeve from “sliding down during movement”. However, the traction of the strip on the skin appeared to cause some minor skin irritation. Better positioning of the sleeve may have prevented the irritation.The inclusion of yarns in this sleeve made with germanium (and carbon) is unique. I ordered this NEENCA Knee Compression Sleeve for Women Men Knee Pain Relief, Joint Pain Relief, Swelling, Inflammation and Circulation, Knee Support for Running, Weightlifting (Large, Light Grey) and use it for walks and on leg days at the gym. It offers decent circulation and support for the joint. I find it pretty light weight and made of decent quality. Overall, its been working well and I recommend it.

It only has one size but it fits me 175 lb. The quality of the material is nice. The compression feels supportive and comfortable. Too bad it is only one piece. So it will be double the price to get a pair.

The sleeve is well made and comfortable. It can be worn for long periods of time without feeling any discomfort. It provides medium compression and the side stabilizer springs provide some, not a lot, support. The cleaning instructions say to hand wash in cold water without detergent or bleach. The side stabilizer springs require you put on and take off carefully by holding the spring sleeves (each side has a spring that sits in its own sleeve). It's important to read the instructions before using.I like to wash my knee sleeves as I use them for hiking. They can get sweaty and dirty. Hand washing without detergent does not work for me. Machine washing may damage the support springs. Catch-22 for me.

IT DID.I have rather thick calves, I have to buy plus size calf boots when I buy tall boots (womens) because of them.When this arrived to me, I really wasn't sure if it would fit me at all but it slid on quite nicely, actually. It was snug enough to give my knee some needed support and comfortable enough that I actually fell asleep wearing it. It has two "bones" on either side of the sleeve and overall is pretty thick itself.It was also really easy for me to remove, the instructions specifically show and tell you NOT to crumple it down your leg or roll it down your leg (due to the bones which could probably get damaged or damage the fabric by themselves) but to pull it down from the bottom of the sleeve. I could see where this could be an issue for some larger folks but honestly for the way this felt on me it might be worth getting someone to help take it off, if need be. I was able to get it off myself when I needed to take it off.If you are needing a compression sleeve for your knee, either knee, definitely worth looking into this. It will not mend bones or fix any conditions but it will provide some support if that is something you need. I will likely order one or two more of these in the future and we will see how this one holds up until then.
