These insoles are the pefect fit for my rain shoes. The rain shoes only come in whole sizes and the 9 was a bit too tight yet the 10 was a bit too big. Of course I was not going to wear tight shoes, so I purchased the size 10. When I put these insoles into the shoes, they fit very easily. They really helped the shoes fit my feet better too. And, they are comfortable and make me enjoy wearing my rain shoes now! I wear these shoes every day in the wet grass when I walk my dogs. I am amazed at how well the insoles are holding up with the daily wear! They still look brand new! (This is my true and honest opinion! I was not paid nor compensated in any way for my review.)

They offer better support than previously purchased liners. Cushions my feet and I've noticed that I'm not as tired when I get home.

I love these insoles. I'm on my feet all day and these keep my feet comfortable. They fit my shoes too. I will buy again.

Needed a replacement for the inners in my beach 'shoes', these were just fine

I do a lot of walking and always have a few pairs of shoes that, like me, are showing their age. Often a new foam insole will breathe new life into tired old shoes & boots. I tend to wear mainly standard Clarks shoes or walking boots/shoes rather than trainers for my walking activities.Therefore I do regularly use additional insoles when the old ones have lost their 'bounce' or just need some help in the comfort department. Replacement insoles vary immensely and I put them into two categories. The first category might be thinner insoles that will sit okay in my shoes along with the old tired ones, just adding a bit of extra comfort whilst not taking up too much room in the shoe (so the original insole is fine left inserted). Then there are the more padded, and obviously thicker insoles that, unless you take out you original old ones, will sometimes tend to make the shoe/boot a bit too tight. However, what you get with the thicker ones is usually a bit more ergonomic shaping and much better foot support. I would put the TIESTRA in the latter category generally.They are really very well made with good shaping and very firm foam (it's no good having soft foam as it usually flattens in a very short time). I like the attention to detail as there are red areas of a what seems to be a different density foam - these are on the heel and ball of the foot regions.As mentioned I tend to wear Clarks shoes, always have done. I find them reliable and also their sizing is very precise and accurate over a wide range of styles. The TIESTRA passed the size test because they fitted perfectly into my Clarks shoes. So, if your shoes are, say, a size 8 then order TIESTRAs in size 8 too. There should be no need to go up or down a size (based on my findings with these TIESTRAs).The manufacturer states that the insoles are breathable - I cannot vouch for this and I never consider fairly dense foam as strictly 'breathable'. Either way they are lovely insoles that fit well, have great foot contouring support, have a nice fabric upper layer and at a price of around £5 are great value. Oh, forgot to mention... they feel great to walk on.

Decent insoles , good to have them to change your old ones. It is advertised that is good for over pronation and arch support but I don't believe that as these are thin insoles. They are good as a replacement for the old ones but these are not orthotic insoles so the level of support is limited. It is true that there is a price difference between this type and orthotic ones.You can see the difference between orthotics one's and normal ones in the last pictures.

The arch support is fine but for me the texture is uncomfortable. I think it would be fine for most people but the kind of arthritis I have in my feet doesn't like anything other than smooth.

I have high arches and do a lot of walking so these sounded really good.They are easy to insert into my walking shoes and have good padding to them which offer additional comfort while walking across the fields with my dog. The arch support is good and I find that my feet don't get as tired as they did. My walking shoes do come with memory foam but it's nowhere near as good as these and my original soles are much thinner.
