Can be installed lower or higher up to you. I installed lower to keep out of way. Easy to install and pretty durable

Decent mirror
Assembly instructions lacking, but not difficult to figure it on your own. Decent clamp, does not spin on the handlebars. Mirror could be a little bigger, but this gets the job done.

Can't see well enough.
I had another mirror, the kind that fits into the end of the handlebar. That kind provided much better rear viewing since the mirror was concave and stuck out farther. The problem was that since those kinds of mirrors stick out so far they tend to get bumped and banged around a lot. I was hoping this type of mirror would work better since it mounts over the handlebar, but the geometry doesn't work and what you end up seeing is your side/shoulder rather than what's behind you. And yes, i have tried multiple mounting locations, it just doesn't do what I want. The problem is that there is so much stuff on the handlebar, including grips, that have to be in a particular location it's impossible to find a suitable spot to mount the mirror. The mirror being flat instead of concave doesn't help either, but the flatness of the mirror does provide a more accurate distance to things you can't see.

Doesn't fit the bike, and doesn't extend far enough to show anything past your body
The media could not be loaded. Tried to put the mirror on the bike, and it didn't fit. At maximum tightness, the diameter is too wide to fit the handlebars of an electric mountain bike with stock handlebars. The right side miraculously (kind of) fit, but the mirror doesn't extend far enough off the bike to be able to actually see anything behind you. Made of cheap plastic that was creaking as I was tightening it. Avoid these, go with something else.

The mirror gets loose too easily. OK for the money but I'd spend more to get a better product.
