FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS
So far, so good. The fan looks pretty nice (I know some people have said the LED cover looks cheap, but it looks like most standard plastic LED covers - nothing extra fancy, but not cheap). Overall, the fan has a very clean look (I got the white and use the white blades on a white ceiling, and when it's on, it actually all blends in really nicely and becomes sorta invisible). The six different speeds are no joke - even speed 1 had some breeze to it, and speed 6 was definitely blowing pages and papers around. I think I've settled at using 3/4 for my normal daily use (I run hot) and it's very quiet - no ticking or rattling.IMPORTANT: the fan that I had before this one suddenly stopped working. The light fixture was fine, but the fan would not turn on. We tried to replace the pullchain mechanism and capacitor, but it had bit the bullet. Because of that, I was anxious to make sure this one would work. After hooking up the power, BUT BEFORE I put the blades on, I tried to turn it on. The rotating mechanism would turn once or twice, and then the receiver unit would give three beeps and the whole thing would stop. The light worked fine, but the rotating piece would not rotate - it would continually turn on when I pushed a speed, rotate once or twice, beep three times and then stop. I looked all over and couldn't find anything, and the instruction manual really didn't have much troubleshooting to speak of.I know this may sound simple, but I wanted to post this to help others: DON'T TURN IT ON UNTIL YOU PUT THE BLADES ON. There must be some sensor that knows if the blades are installed, because once we installed the blades (honestly, as a last ditch effort, thinking the mechanism itself must be broken, but wanting to give it one more shot), everything worked perfectly. So, had I not jumped ahead because of my other experience and had I followed the instructions exactly, it probably would've worked perfeclty the first time.Anyway, for the price, I'm very happy with this - excellent breeze, unobtrusive clean and simple look, nice remote. Provided it lasts, I highly recommend.

Gorgeous LED lights fan
This amazing 52-inch ceiling fan with adjustable LED lights and remote control is easy to install, high quality, and offers several advantages. The 52-inch size is suitable for medium to large rooms, providing efficient air circulation and cooling. LED lights are energy-efficient, consuming less electricity compared to traditional light bulbs. The ability to adjust the brightness of the LED lights on this fan allows you to create the desired ambiance in the room. The remote control feature allows you to easily adjust the fan speed, light intensity, and other settings from anywhere in the room. This fan with LED lights can add to the aesthetics of the room, providing both lighting and a functional decor element. With adjustable LED lights and fan speed settings, you can customize the fan's operation to suit your needs and preferences. I would buy it again in the future if needed more for the other rooms.

Fan Works Very Well. Installation? Could Be Better.
Having looked at and purchased other DC motor fans, I chose Regair's 52 fan because the light's brightness is adjustable. The adjustable light brightness feature is especially important to me as it was installed in a bedroom and having maximum brightness all the time is not desirable when you're trying to wind down in the evening (color temperature didn't make any difference to me - it's still too bright). The fan works well and I'm happy with it but why 4 stars? Well, minor installation irritations that prolonged the install process. My irritations:1) No instructions to loosen two of the top bracket screws for the top canopy BEFORE hanging the fan. After assembling everything, including connecting the wiring, I realized two screws (there are 4 on the ceiling bracket) but you only need to loosen two on opposite corners) so the top canopy can be installed. Otherwise, the screws are too recessed to push past the top canopy's slotted holes. Fortunately a stubby screwdriver along with some creative verbal encouragement at my end helped loosen the screws without having to rehang the motor.2) Mounting the oversized light fixture using three tiny screws where I cannot see the mounting points behind the fixture is also a pain. Having slotted holes (e.g., like the top canopy) on the fixture will do wonders.3) Not really an installation irritation but the light cover is very cheap plastic that flexes when you push it. I really hope it won't crack or turn yellow with age. I'd gladly pay extra to upgrade the light cover to glass (if available) so if you're seeing this, Regair, send me a message!Moving past the installation process, the Regair 52" fan is well built. The brushed nickel finish looks elegant, the wood fan blades feel substantial and the pot metal blade brackets has internal bracing for strength. The remote control must be paired to the fan controller after installation so it leads me to believe that if you lose your remote, you can purchase a replacement remote and pair it to your existing fan controller. The pairing process is very quick and easy: turn on power to the fan, press fan speed buttons 1 and 2 together until you hear 2 beeps from the fan and you're done. Finally, I looked with trepidation at the included fan blade balancing kit thinking the worse but I didn't need to use it at all: the fan was already balanced, even at the highest speed without any vibrations or wobbling. If the Regair ceiling fan holds up well, say no issues for a couple months, I might just get additional fans for my other bedrooms.

Stop buying big name brand expensive fans
I rarely write reviews and have installed many many ceiling fans. I was tired of buying big brand name fans and being disappointed. Since all these type of fans are now made in China, I decided to try something different. This ceiling fan is remarkable at this price. It has one of the brightest and dimmable led light panels I have seen. You actually have a nice bright light source with two color options. The motor is quiet and has six speeds. You will feel the air movement unlike lower rpm units. The motor itself is made in China so there is no telling how long it will last. The difference is this fan is less than half the price of the big name ceiling fans and they all use just about the same motor. I will be buying more of these fans in the future. Finally, installation is very simple and my unit required NO balancing.

Great fan!
Air flow is nice, control works great. Had it professionally installed. Nice to have a fan to circulate the air in my living room. The light is nice as well.
