I used it tonight on a small area. (Previous experience removing tarter on more teeth at once with hand tools left tender gums and a sore) I was apprehensive it would work since I don't have large areas of tarter right now and it's mainly between teeth along the gum line.At very first I was thinking there was no way this is going to work. I kept going though, learning how to use it and maneuvering it around. Fairly quickly I got my first piece off. As others have said, it does work best at a certain angle, which is kind of on the side while moving it up and down along the edge of the tarter. It does not even vibrate unless the head is touching something hard. When you turn it on it doesn't do anything until you touch your teeth except emit light. It does turn off after a certain time, probably to ensure it's not accidently left on.I think it was on this device that I read a review from a lady that took hers to her dentist that made me roll my eyes so hard. Of course your dentist is going to say it didn't work and is not going to advocate for the use of these... She doesn't want to lose your money. That review was on my mind when using it and how she said it doesn't work when I kept removing pieces of tarter which is why I took a picture to show how amazing it worked on my top and bottom front teeth.I am excited to use it more to get rid of the rest of the tarter I have, small areas at a time. It's sad I have to do all this myself, thanks to American healthcare system... but I'm glad I found this as it's faster and safer than using hand too.This is the best in class, price and beats the more expensive products.

First off, apologies if that first photo grosses anyone out 😣 I wanted to get a before and after to see if it really did the trick. Boy oh boy did it ever! The packing was great, everything was sterile and wrapped individually. I was a little nervous to use it because I have sensitive gums and I didn’t want to accidentally cut them. Once I started, it was quite intuitive and actually really easy to use. The 5 settings allow for use on sensitive areas or on minor plaque, and to remove calcified plaque. I have had this bar behind my bottom teeth since I was 14 and it is incredibly difficult to keep clean. This device is like having a mini dentist in my hand! I had to go up to the 4th setting in order to clean out the really set in areas, but as you can see by the second photo it worked wonders! I am incredibly happy that I have this and plan on using it often. It is gentle, easy to use and has made my mouth feel so much cleaner! I have been looking for something like this for a while. I noticed a lot of plaque on my teeth that for some reason no toothbrush was able to remove. It is an interesting concept and it does work. I removed all plaque from my front teeth in one use. You have to press the head to your teeth for the device to start working. I like the super strong setting the best. Overall, it is a great little thing to use in between dentist visits.

This product is very similar to the scaler that is used by the dental professionals. The item really does a good cleaning of the teeth and is not painful to use! It works! If you can’t go to a dentist you need this thing or between visits. I was scared it would make my gums bleed so I started with the soft option and it worked magic I didn’t even have to change the speed because it cleaned my teeth so good.
