I bought this for my daughter who was finding the heat at night intolerable. Consequently, it was essential that it be quiet.This meets the requirements, is very stable and doesn't vibrate in use. It's easy enough to operate, although buttons on the top (or base) would be preferable to having to reach around and fumble at the back in the dark.The only real downside is that the battery life is not great. Even on the lowest speed / power setting, it will struggle to get through two nights. To be fair to the supplier, the advertisement does only quote 4-16 hours, but (based on other fans I have), a 4000mAh battery really should be able to exceed this.Having said that, for the price, I still think it is a decent buy.

I ordered this fan for my daughter's bedroom as I need a fan that could be angled to point down at her bed from a high chest of drawers rather than oscillate. This fan is surprisingly powerful even on the lower speeds, especially considering it's size. It holds a charge well enough (although I usually just keep it plugged in). I have ordered a second one to replace an expensive tower fan in another room which was rattling and took up a lot more space than this compact, quiet fan. I highly recommend this.

Firstly I didn't think something with 5 speeds could be so quiet! It's not silent but at the top speed it's not at all distracting to have this on the desk next to me when taking business calls.I have had desk fans over the years, you know the USB ones which need to be plugged in whilst using which is a pain as you just can't pick them up to move around! This is not the case with this superb little desk fan which has a chargeable battery so you can use it plugged in with or without the USB cable (provided). The charge lasts for a really long time, can't tell you exactly as I've not counted the hours but in the current heatwave we're having in London with temperatures around 30 and above, this 5 speeder has been an absolute life-saver! So far, even in this heat, I've been fine to use the fan on the 3rd speedAnd not forgetting to mention that I loved it so much that I ordered one for my mum too and she loves it as much as I do. I would definitely recommend this (and I have done by sending the link to this fan to friends and family via WhatsApp) to anyone in need of cooling down!NB: this comes in a cool blue colour or plain black (I have black, ordered blue for mum)!

This is an excellent quiet fan. I mostly use the first speed and I find that quite sufficient for the purpose I use this fan for. I spend a lot of time in my conservatory using my iPad and the iPad seems to work better if it’s kept reasonably cool. This fan sits on the couch beside me and keeps both of us cool. I’m not sure how long it takes to charge from ‘flat’ as I only received it yesterday, and it was already partially charged. I used it for a couple of hours and then I charged it, which took about 3 hrs. It has a little light on the back ‘red’ for charging and ‘blue’ when charged. A great little fan I don’t know how I managed without it. Excellent in all respects. Recommend.

Being able to carry around a portable fan which actual cool you down is amazing. Really impressed with the power of this little thing. Charged fairly quickly.*my fan broke due to usb port snapping after a few months, but it’s on sale so for the price I still bought two more anyway!

Easy to use, charges from usb and so is easy to charge anywhere! 5 levels of fan, but the first level is great. I’ve got 3 and move them around the house to maintain temp in the heat. Great fan 👍
