Works perfectly. My left palm was hitting the Windows or CTRL key occasionally, and I wanted something to reduce the amount of stress on my upper back. This worked perfectly. I can type easier with less stress by resting my palms on the cushion. I never accidentally hit those keys any longer. The only thing that could make it better is if it was a couple inches wider, as my keyboard hangs over the edge. I could not find any wider variations. Its just a cosmetic thing but thats the only negative thing I can think about it.
