Minimal latency and 1080p! *by R***B on 9 February 2022* Got a new Oppo Find X3 Neo and wanted to be able to play games (with minimal latency so wireless not an option) on a bigger screen... however found out it does not support direct USB-C to HDMI connection (MHL). I first tried a Miraplug adapter cable that works but quality is subpar and adds considerable delay. I then found about displaylink and this adapter and voila! Paired with a usb c to usb otg cable and I am now able to play games or watch videos on the big screen with no noticeable delay. Monitor states the input is 1080p 60Hz despite the phone being usb 2.1 and this product stating usb 3.0 required for this resolution. I believe this should work with any android where the Displaylink Presenter app can be installed. Only question is how long it will last but will revise review if any issue.
