instructions supplied with the device are a joke, you will see more on the actual photos in the product description here on Amazon. you has a separate mic that does not connect anywhere no port.you litelarly have to figure it all out yourself.I will be reaching out to support to see how helpfull they are and will update the review once it is answered and when i finally install this in the car.may change the review slighly but the fact it is provided with so many different cables and devices with no manual on how to connect and put it all together (there is a 3pager that tells u nothing) it is not going to be 5 stars for sure.UPDATE - week of using - i am now removing it from my car and returning. Managed to get the android auto and carauto working - BT is not the greatest and foten loosing connection. I used on cable mainly and worked ok. You need to have two cables connected as one will nly work with iphone and the other with Android - so weird.Connected this canbas thing that was meant to upload my car's protocl but there is only one for insigniea 2013 - 2019 and not 2009 - 2013 which was advertised for. Without that - not only you cannot use steering weheel controls but also there is no sound for the parking sensors, seat belt warning nor indicator clicking sound. Not impressed for the price and would not raise the stars.I tried contacting support - first response was if I don't like it I can return so not very helpful - further messages managed to divert me to the techincal support - thouht this is what i would be delaing with considering the messages I exchanged but no. - I will not wait for tech support to contact as it should be all happening quicker. i lost patience.In terms of connecting all the cables - the power cable is very short and due to the size of the master box connecting to the harness - there is not much room to manouvre and connecting it all up is a massive pain in the £$£%$.Not happy with the product - defintely not plug and play - and there are no instructions on how to connect and where. if it is car specific model - it should show exactly what goes where not htat you have to keep asking and trying to figure it out.I have connected few other models and were much more user frindly with actual manuals as well.If you want something that is going to work out of the box - avoid - expect you will have to overcome various issues with both hardware installation and software.P.S. the GPS ncluded is shite as well - could not get more than satelites on it so you have to rely on your phone to do the trick - and it was advertised with the offline GPS.WiFi - i was parked next to my mates house - his android unit connects to his wifi - this one could not even discover it. Had to run hotspot from my phone.
